GUIDELINES

•  To avoid invalidation of the electronic waitlist form, please read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form.
•  Each form will be issued a unique Waitlist Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly take a print out of the waitlist form and also keep the soft copy of the same. The soft copy must be available with you for follow up on your application.
•  The Waitlist form may flicker to refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
•  Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse for the same.
•  After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
•  To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
•  All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
•  Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the email id provided by you.
•  Kindly note that when you have slow internet connection, the process will take time.
•  It is mandatory to upload Birth Certificate and Report Cards (Previous session and Term 1 / half yearly of current session).

• Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original] and photocopies of the same have to be submitted at the time of confirmation of admission.
• List of Documents:
•  Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
•  Proof of Residential Address [Passport/ Lease Deed/ Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Electoral Card/Aadhar Card/Driving Licence].
•  In case of applicants with sibling in CSI: the identity card/admission number of sibling, studying at Cambridge School, Indirapuram.
•  In case of SC/ST/OBC certificate from the authorized authorities.
•  In case of ward of Alumni of School : Any Certificate to substantiate the claim.
•  In case of adopted child: Adoption Deed.
•  Aadhar card of the child.
•  Immunization Card of the child.
•  Medical Certificate from a government hospital or a report of diagnosis from a recognized hospital. (In case of Special Need or Disability.)
•  Highest Educational Qualification Certificates of both the parents.
•  Photo id proof of both the parents :- PAN card/ Aadhaar Card/ Voter I.D. Card/ Passport.
•  Proof of employment of parents.
•  Transfer Certificate of Previous School (Only for Prep to XI).
•  PEN – Permanent Education Number to be brought from previous school.

• TRANSPORT :- Areas Covered by the School Bus for Pre-Primary and Class I and above.

Note:- Bus Fees is charged for 11 months payable on quarterly basis

• Information regarding the further process will be sent to you through email/SMS shortly after the process of waitlist form has been completed successfully
• After filling the relevant details please click on the check box to accept the UNDERTAKING.
